1. General Conduct

Always Follow instructions from Terra-X Park Limited staff. Aggressive, unsafe, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Children must be supervised at all times. No littering.

2. Vehicles

Vehicles must be safe and suitable for off-road use. Secure all loose items. Only approved vehicles may enter driving areas.

3. Driving Rules

5 mph speed limit in paddock and parking areas. Stay on marked routes. Maintain safe spacing between vehicles. Recovery and emergency vehicles have priority.

4. Passengers

Seatbelts must be worn at all times. No riding on exterior of vehicles. Children must use appropriate restraints.

5. Personal Safety

Suitable clothing and footwear required. No alcohol or illegal drugs. Spectators must remain in designated areas.

6. Recovery & Breakdowns

Only approved recovery teams may operate. Follow marshal instructions. Vehicle damage remains the participant’s responsibility.

7. Environmental Protection

Respect land and wildlife. Report spills immediately. Use drip trays for repairs.

8. Emergency Procedures

Report incidents immediately. Keep access routes clear. Follow evacuation instructions.

9. Prohibited Items & Activities

Weapons. Unauthorised drones. Open fires. Driving under the influence.

10. Enforcement

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate removal from site without refund.

OFF-ROAD EVENT WAIVER AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Event Name: Terra- X Park

Event Date(s): Saturday 14th March

Event Location: Terra-X Park, Ling House Lane Quarry, DN7 5SH

This Waiver and Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") as a condition of participation in an off-road event operated by Terra-X Park Limited ("the Company").

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that off-road driving and riding is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include, but are not limited to:

Vehicle collisions, rollovers, and mechanical failure.

Uneven terrain, mud, rocks, steep inclines, water crossings, and natural obstacles.

Adverse weather conditions.

Physical injury, permanent disability, or death.

I acknowledge and accept that any damage to my vehicle, equipment, or personal property—whether caused by terrain, mechanical failure, collision, or recovery operations—is entirely at my own risk.

I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Vehicle & Equipment Responsibility

I confirm that my vehicle and equipment are safe, suitable for off-road use, and meet all requirements set by Terra-X Park Limited. I accept full responsibility for the condition and operation of my vehicle.

3. Personal Conduct & Safety Obligations

I agree to:

Follow all instructions given by Terra-X Park Limited staff, marshals, and recovery teams
Wear required safety equipment
Drive or ride within my ability and responsibly
Not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS Terra-X Park Limited, its directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, landowners, and affiliates from any claims arising from my participation, including injury, death, or property damage, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and defend Terra-X Park Limited against any claims or losses arising from my actions or participation.

6. Medical Consent

I authorise emergency medical treatment if required and accept responsibility for all associated costs.

7. Media Release

I grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

8. Acknowledgement

I confirm that I have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

By signing this document, you confirm acceptance of both the Waiver & Liability Agreement and the Site Rules of Terra-X Park Limited.
